PAUSE-BREATHE-REFRESH. Studies show that just 10-12 minutes of a consistent mindfulness practice can benefit mental and physical health. Join the Center for Mindfulness and Compassion and AARP for brief guided meditations and learn how these techniques can be used throughout the day. These will be 30 minute sessions each Friday in December using evidence-backed techniques from an experienced teacher who is also a licensed clinical social worker. No prior experience necessary.
