Mindfulness Meditation Practice (virtual)

A weekly virtual practice class led by Marla.
In class we practice for 20 minutes. The other 10 minutes we introduce themes or obstacles that may come up in practice, we open discussion to what we noticed in our meditation practice, and we share observations about our daily practice outside of class. This is a great class if you are new or a regular meditator and are looking for a practice group to keep you accountable. Our current group has both experienced and brand new meditators. Most are working professionals taking a break during their day to still their minds.
