Mindfulness Meditation Practice (virtual)

Our welcoming community invites all kinds of meditators to come together and practice. We have found that practicing in a group helps us stay consistent with our daily practice. We have an open discussion on the themes that are arising and the spill-over benefits of our practice. In previous classes we have discussed how meditation helps with difficulty, anger, self-kindness, and training our attention for better focus. We would love for you to join us. Every class comes with a recording available through the weekend, for you to repeat or do at your leisure.
One of our participants recently said that the 30 minutes we gather is the only time her brain turns off and helps her to get through the rest of her workday with more patience.
