Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training Program

The internationally accredited certification and credibility that professionals need for teaching mindfulness and meditation in professional settings, to corporate teams, organizations, coaching clients, patients, students and individuals. This program is internationally accredited by the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Certification Service in London and also the International Mindfulness & Meditation Alliance (IMMA). We maintain our accreditation standards each year so that you never have to renew with us to stay certified.

Coaching and mentorship directly from Sean Fargo and senior teachers for up to 6 hours every week. In this program, you can get all your questions answered and get personalized coaching on any specific aspect or area of your mindfulness teaching directly from Sean Fargo, for up to 2 hours, every Wednesday from 11am-1pm PST. We also offer 2-4 hours of teaching practice opportunities with senior teachers. In our experience, having direct access to someone who has been where you are, and has successfully built a mindfulness teaching practice, is invaluable, and can significantly shorten your path to success.

An opportunity to learn from and interact directly with some of the world’s top mindfulness teachers. In the program, you get to attend optional live Zoom workshops once a month with world-renowned mindfulness teachers like Dr. Richie Davidson, Gabor Maté, Susan Kaiser Greenland and Dr. Judson Brewer. During these live workshops you can interact with our guest teachers, ask them questions, learn how they teach mindfulness and meditation, and get personalized advice from them on your particular situation so you can rapidly deepen and advance your mindfulness teaching skills and effectiveness. Mindfulness Exercises is an online platform which shares free and premium mindfulness resources for mindfulness practitioners and mindfulness meditation teachers alike. We were founded by Sean Fargo in 2014 with the intention to help people live with embodied presence, compassion and resilience. Practicing mindfulness allows us to relate to ourselves and others with greater care and wisdom. As we engage with our world differently, we notice our own experience of life shifting in fulfilling ways. Over 20 million people have benefited from the free and premium resources on our site, including downloadable meditations, guided meditation scripts, mindfulness worksheets, courses, content and live online retreats.
