Join Zane at Live With Ease Meditation for an insightful session offering answers to any questions you may have about mindfulness or meditation practice.

Do you have questions on how to apply mindfulness to daily life situations? Want to find out more about how mindfulness can benefit you?

Defined: mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgmentally.

Mindfulness has been shown to reduce anxiety, help cope with daily stressors of life, improve sleep, create calm and well-being, happiness and joy.

Practice group on Mindfulness in Daily Life, Tuesdays at 6:00pm Pacific

Join us on Tuesday evenings for a one hour group comprised of meditation, discussion, and a QandA. All are welcome… Those that are new and curious about mindfulness and meditation, as well as experienced meditators looking for a group practice.

This is a weekly, free, practice group. Always free, donations gratefully accepted.
