Mindfulness for Stress Relief

The Mindfulness for Stress Relief program is an online program that takes the mystery out of meditation, yoga, and stress-reduction and helps you develop and maintain a simple daily meditative routine for relieving stress. You’ll understand not only how to meditate, but why you should and how it helps. In 6 weeks, you can rewire your nervous system for calm, presence, focus and ease. This course is taught by mindfulness teacher Madeline Ebelini, MA, CMT-P. This 6-week course includes weekly live class sessions with the teacher, as well as video learning modules and guided audio meditations for home practice. A payment plan is available. Register early as space is limited. Registration deadline is September 10, 2020. Course begins September 17th.
