Mindfulness meditation can help us manage stress, practice compassion for ourselves and others and increase our resilience and our ability to navigate the challenges we face with grace and creativity.
These weekly Virtual Mindfulness Meditation sessions are designed to help you find calm in the storm. Learn to practice mindfulness meditation or deepen your existing practice.
Each 45 minute session is a time to learn more about the many benefits of meditation and its application in day-to-day life and to practice together with the guidance and support of a teacher. Each session includes a short talk, 15 minute meditation practice and discussion/Q & A.
