Mindfulness – Finding Peace

May 9, 2022 @ 10:00 am - June 13, 2022 @ 11:30 am UTC+0

Learn how to work with the mind skilfully and bring peace into your life.

Are you feeling stress, anxiety, exhaustion, recurrent depression or feel generally unhappy with your life, this course could offer you some skills in how to respond skilfully to the ups and downs of everyday living.
In the same way that physical exercise helps with physical health, there is a growing recognition that mindfulness training and cognitive behavioral therapy tools can support mental health and well-being.
Finding peace in a Frantic world has been developed in the light of research at Oxford University (UK) and other leading research centers.
Course dates: May 9 to June 13, 2022
Time: 10:00 am to 11:30 am (EST, GMT+4)
