ABOUT

This session will be a chance for anyone who has completed a Breathwork Mindfulness Champions Training to refresh their training along with other graduates who have completed the course.

You will have the opportunity to:

– Refresh the skills that you learnt on your Champions course.
– Share your experiences of teaching and / or using mindfulness in your workplace and daily life.
– Connect with others on a similar path.
– Ask any follow-on questions or explore topics that have come up for you since you completed the training.

COST

Ticket prices for this event range between £40 – £50 and £75 for Organisations. The Breathworks charity aims to make mindfulness accessible for everyone, which is why they offer multiple pricing options to those wishing to join them. They ask participants to pay the highest sustainable amount that they can, so that they can offer places at a reduced cost to those less able to afford a place.
