Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction 8 week course

the gold standard mindfulness course led by a senior teacher and teacher trainer. This 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course (MBSR) is taught over 9 sessions including a retreat afternoon will give you a solid foundation in mindfulness. You will learn a whole range of meditation and awareness practices that can be integrated into your daily life.

The course fee includes: pre course telephone orientation, 9 group sessions, a handbook and all guided meditations on Soundcloud which you can access online or App. I also offer adhoc brief telephone support during all courses

This standardised course has been carefully devised and is clinically proven as beneficial for a range of physical and psychological problems, overall increasing a sense of joy, presence and wellbeing.
