This is a rare opportunity to have 2 physicians co-teaching this transformative course! Dr. Ni-Cheng Liang and Dr. Sara Dill (who is also a life coach) will be teaching together. Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction is an evidence-based course that encompasses practical and experiential ways with group support to empower you to respond in healthier ways to stress and other challenges such as chronic illness. Reconnect with, and strengthen your innate ability to pay attention to the present moment and see what unfolds.
