Are you looking for a more nourishing life?

This course will offer you some tools to respond skillfuly to everyday ups and downs.

THE SCHEDULE AND HOW TO REGISTER TO THE PROGRAM
The program will be held on SATURDAYS (9:00-11:15am EST),

FREE orientation session on 4/2/2022
(10:00-11:00am EST).

The first session begins on 9/4/2022 and the last session ends on 5/28/2022.
There will be also a day of practice (optional but recommended) after session 6 on 5/15/2022
(10:00am-3:00pm EST).
Program fee is either $300 or $565 or $725.
As soon as possible, please contact us to register through our website since space is limited. During the
orientation, you will have an opportunity to see if the program is right for you at this time. If not, we will
reimburse you after this orientation session. ORIENTATION on April 2, 2022 at 10 am EST.
