What is mindfulism monthly® ?
The affordable mindfulness package
Group Zoom meets with a total of 14 sessions
More than 13 hours live contact per month

When do the sessions take place?
Tuesdays 19:00 mindful movement***
Thursdays 19:00 mindful meditation**
Saturdays 10:00 the reflection session*

*Mindful reflection sessions are not the same thing as **mindful meditation.
When we reflect, we are deliberately setting aside some time to think about our past actions, current priorities and future goals in the light of our mindfulism® practice.
***Mindful movement is the general skill of awareness with improved control developed via gentle movements.

What’s the big deal?
The mindfulism monthly® package with gift products:
a 15 minute consultation appointment
one 40 minute group mindful yoga class each final Tuesday of the month 6pm
one extra 40 minute meditation session, each final Thursday of the month 6pm

How much is it?
At £36.00 per month, that’s less than £3.00 per session

No pressure to attend every session – drop in when you can!

Who is the Teacher?
mindfulism monthly® is led by Rachele Smith BSc RYT QMT, an experienced coach, facilitator, and teacher of Mindfulness. Rachele is trained to deliver the internationally – recognised Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course (MBSR) and is affiliated to BAMBA, The British Association of Mindfulness-Based Approaches.
