Looking to feel less tense, lighter, and healthier? As a physician, I know what it’s like to feel exhausted, stressed, achy, and frustrated.
I offer Free Weekly Mindful Yoga to my colleagues as a gift.
My classes are an hour FOR YOU
To soak in a pause, nourish yourself, align, stretch, strengthen, and restore calm to your overworked nervous system.
As a certified master life, relationship, and parenting coach, and experienced wellness leader, I infuse coaching throughout my classes to help maximize the immediate relief and long-term positive impact.
My classes are themed to address common pain points of high-achieving women such as lack of self-compassion, chronic pain, time scarcity, disappointment, resentment, jealousy, anger, and intense emotions.
Join me to learn to be present, breathe deeply, shift your perspective, and restore your energy.
These classes are accessible, mindful, and free. No yoga experience is needed.
Most Saturdays at 9 am pacific. Recordings are sent out to those who sign up.
