Mindful Yoga classes specifically designed to help heal the healers and address burnout. Heart-centered offerings to help restore vitality, peace, and connection.
Dr. Mahoney teaches Hatha style classes infused with coaching, mindset work, and breathing. She helps her students restore calm, grow mindful self-compassion, and balance their overworked nervous systems. Her intention is to help healers recover, be present, and thrive despite the chaos of healthcare today.
Honor diastole, create breathing room,. cultivate compassion, and nourish yourself fully.
Dr. Mahoney has been offering weekly classes free to healthcare workers since the March 2020.

Dr. Mahoney is a 200 hr RYT. She is also a certified life coach who works primarily with physicians and others in healthcare who are “successful on the surface yet struggling underneath.” She is a long-time, physician wellness leader and a board-certified Pediatrician.
