When stress, anxiety, and overwhelm start to pile up, little things can start to feel like too much. It is easy to spiral into a state of despair, snap at the people you love, and waste time scrolling mindlessly on your phone. Even though you know that the best thing for you to do is eat healthy foods and look after your body, you wind up sitting on the couch, skipping the gym and eating fast food while bingeing on tv series.

Somewhere along the way you’ve lost sight of the person you were hoping to become. Whether it is stress and overwork, or loneliness and a lack of direction, you’re feeling lost and you’re looking for help to find your way forward.

Mindful Wellness Coaching is here to help you. Join me, your coach, for a one-off session, or a series of sessions, to help you get clear about the areas in your life that are a struggle, and figure out where and how you can succeed. So you can improve your health and well-being, and start living the life you know you are destined to have.

I simply help you to discover the missing key and turn it, so you can reveal the amazing life you were always meant to have. All the work we do together is done using a mindful, self aware approach, so you can tune in and listen to what your body and mind truly needs in this moment.

About your Coach:

My name is Ruth Kent and I am the Founder of Sunrise Well. I am an accredited coach, meditation teacher, and yoga teacher with a difference.

I bring the science and research of public health, psychology and health sociology, and the wellbeing practices of meditation, wellness coaching, and yoga together to create a holistic view of health in the workplace.

I have created courses and programs that bring individuals to a healthier, more thriving state of wellbeing.

Positive wellbeing and good health are more than just the absence of disease. “Wellness” as a concept moves the focus from the negative state of disease, through the middle state of zero, and into the thriving state of wellbeing. Research now shows that it is possible to foster and enhance a true state of wellness through your own practices, choices, actions, and environment.

I have worked one-on-one with individuals, and in groups in large corporations like Commonwealth Bank, Australian Ethical Investment, NewsCorp Australia, to name a few.

Underpinning all classes, programs and coaching I perform is this simple philosophy:
