If so, come join us in our 8- Week Mindfulness Course and get a start on being so clear about the type of parent you want to be for your children and your family. Also, get clear on the life you want to create for yourself. Mindfulness helps you identify the negative habitual and conditioned patterns of behaviour. -How to go to bed each night with NO Regrets
-Mindfulness Activities for your family
-Mindfulness skills you can practice daily
-Three key mindfulness practices that can be used in times of stress and overwhelm.
-Mindful Communication
-Open forum discussion for 0.5 hours after each session
