An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until August 16, 2022
Tuesdays 7pm – 7:40pm
Develop awareness as you move in gentle exercise: improve strength and flexibility.
Learn to move with the breath rather than habitually holding the breath against movement.
Mindful Movement is an addition or alternative to the Mindful Meditation class.
This class is suited to people with chronic pain, illness and stress, and anyone interested in Mindfulness training.
