Join the University of Minnesota’s Earl E. Bakken Center for Spirituality & Healing for a drop-in session of gentle movement and guided meditation. Our experienced instructors will guide you through exercises that will leave you feeling rejuvenated.

Monday afternoons, 12 to 1 p.m. Central
Mindful Mondays is made possible through the support of the Office of Human Resources Total Compensation Health Programs and through the generosity of individual donors.
