Mindful Meditation Class

An event every week that begins at 7:00 pm on Monday, repeating until October 4, 2021
This weekly class provides an opportunity to practice mindfulness in community, virtually, in an effort to deepen our personal practice and support our commitment to overall well-being. Each class presents with an intention, based in mindfulness, that is briefly shared and incorporated into the guided meditation. Gentle seated yoga, breath practices, and accupressure techniques are often included in this 30 minute session to help ground our bodies, settle our energy, and activate our relaxation response.
