Mindful Coaching for High School and College Students

School is a stressful time and the American Psychological Association states school is the biggest source of stress. The pressure on young adults to perform well in a variety of academic, sporting, and extracurricular activities is grueling. On top of this, teens at high school are expected to make wise, life-changing decisions. The modern world is wonderful in that there are so many choices and resources available for students, but these same options and distractions can make their high school years seem overwhelming.

Mindfulness helps, we have what they need.

Our mindful coaching, classes and workshops give students tools to manage the stress, anxiety and difficulty focusing.

In-Person (Rochester, NY area) or remotely.
