Az élő online mindennapi mindfulness csoport az Oxford Mindfulness Center Mindfulness for Life programján alapul. Arra fejlesztették ki, hogy segítsen jobban megbirkózni az aggodalmakkal és a nehézségekkel, és mindezek közepette is megélni és élvezni az életet, hogy sokkal inkább a kiteljesedhessünk. A gyakorlatra fókuszáló csoportban a mindennapi életben alkalmazható mindfulness gyakorlatokkal és kognitív-viselkedés technikákkal ismerkedhetünk meg. Hangsúlyt kap a gyakorlatok mindennapi életben történő alkalmazása. 8 +1 két órás csoportos foglalkozásból áll, a vége felé egy egész napos gyakorlással, és napi körülbelül egy órás otthoni gyakorlással.

The live online everyday mindfulness group is based on the Oxford Mindfulness Center’s Mindfulness for Life program. It was developed to help you better cope with worries and difficulties, and to live and enjoy life in the midst of it all, so that we can be much more fulfilled. In the practice-focused group, we learn about mindfulness practices and cognitive-behavioral techniques that can be applied in everyday life. Emphasis is placed on the application of practices in everyday life. 8 +1 consists of two hours of group sessions, with a full day of practice towards the end and about an hour of practice at home a day.
