MBSR 8-week-course

MBSR is a well-researched 8-week program according to Jon Kabat-Zinn, which has been proven to help reduce stress symptoms and improve physical and mental well-being through meditation, mindfulness training and self-reflection. MBSR combines meditation in stillness and movement with approaches from modern psychology and stress research. Through mindfulness practice and meditation, we learn to recognize our own behavioral patterns in dealing with internal and external stressors, thus breaking habitual patterns of response. The cultivation of mindfulness is thereby applied beyond the course to everyday life
The course includes access to audio files for guided meditations to be done at home to deepen your practice outside of the course. Likewise, there is a handout with exercises to do at home.
