Living in the Gap Mindful Leadership Program

Do you know deep within you are destined for more – but you don’t know what it is or where to begin?
Have you tried mindfulness practices but they just don’t seem to “stick”?
Are you ready to take your life and your career or business to the next level and need some guidance?

Living in the Gap Mindful Leadership Program is a 9-month transformational journey.

If you are looking for a roadmap designed to give you the tools to feel limitless, abundant, energized, creative, on purpose, and unstoppable – this is for you.

We will dive deep into these 3 phases:

1) DISCOVER: Explore your inner landscape, learn consciousness and mindfulness techniques including meditation and mindful movement, find your true purpose, learn to be happy, successful, and content NOW, learn how to show up with presence, learn how to be your word and practice deep listening and more;

2) VISIONING: You will come up with a new unique vision for your life, a life list, a vision board; a complete vision and plan for your life, and

3) LAUNCH: your vision and ingrain your mindful habits and manifest your vision.

In Living in the Gap, your entire life is transformed as we show you how to be mindful in both your professional life as well as your personal life. It’s a new way to operate at a higher frequency, with less stress, and more satisfaction.


This program runs for 9 months: August 2nd, 2022–April 28th, 2023

Three in-person Intensives (held in Berthoud, CO)

Discovery: 4 Days: October 4–7, 2022
Visioning: 3 Days: January 19–21, 2023
Launching: 2 Days: April 27–28, 2023

Twice per month 90-minute zoom calls
beginning August 2nd 6:00–7:30pm (MDT)

Four 1-on-1 mentoring sessions

Weekly accountablity calls with peers

Expect to spend 7+ hours per week exploring mindfulness, attending class meetings, and completing (fun!) assignments.

The key is to bring your busy life to the program— not to add one more thing to your to-do list!
