LGBTQIA+ Meditations, Ages 15+

June 7, 2022 @ 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm EDT

|Recurring Event (See all)

An event every month that begins at 6:30 pm on day First of the month, repeating until December 7, 2022

This sit is for all ages with a youth focus. Anyone who holds any of the LGBTQIA+ identities is welcome to attend! This is an invitation and opportunity to share your mindfulness practice in a welcoming, open, and accepting space. Practice in community is vital to engaged mindfulness and having a group that can compassionately witness and hold the particular realities of being queer can support healing and personal growth. Sessions will be led by Jihan McDonald, and other members of the iBme community
