Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation – 4 sessions, 60 minutes per session (VIRTUAL)

Have you ever wondered why our society provides us with much material abundance yet people are becoming more distressed? What are we missing? What are we looking for?
Neuroscience has ample evidence proving the physical and psychological benefits of having a regular mindfulness meditation practice.
In this 4-session introductory program, we’ll be learning the basic skills of mindfulness meditation and how to apply the learned skills in our day-to-day lives.
1. What is Mindfulness? What is Self-compassion?
2. Mindfulness of Body and Breath
3. Mindfulness of Thoughts and Emotions
4. Mindful embodiment: Mindful movement, Walking meditation, Mindfulness in everyday life
Each session is 60-75 minutes long. It is held every 2 weeks. Online. Maximum number of participants: 8.
It consists of a talk, a guided meditation and Q & A. This is for all walks of life regardless your religious background or belief.
It is for all ages. Beginners welcome. Anyone is welcome. All emotions are welcome. All bodies are welcome.
