Are you looking to learn the basics of mindfulness or establish a daily meditation practice? Would you like to learn how to integrate mindfulness into your daily life? This 4-week program will meet for one hour a week and will introduce you to the potential benefits of a mindfulness practice for your well-being. Each session includes guided meditations, a brief talk and ample time for discussion and questions. This program is suitable for beginners as well as those seeking a refresher course.
