Join us for this workshop where we’ll learn about equanimity meditation and practice it.
The intended outcome is to learn equanimity meditation. Equanimity greases the wheels of life, making life sweeter and easier. We will practice in order to integrate equanimity into our daily walking around life.
This program is for people who are interested in developing more friendliness towards self and other. You don’t have to be a Buddhist to do this practice.

This program is suitable for beginners to meditation and healing work.
In this half day meditation workshop we will firstly cultivate unconditional peace (equanimity). Secondly, we will work to integrate this sense of peace into the body and mind with transformation of our every day life as our goal.
