IN-PERSON RETREAT | Cultivating Calm: Full-Day

Take a breather from everyday life and join us for an in-person day retreat in central London.
Whether you’re currently practicing mindfulness or looking to reignite your practice, this is an invitation to set aside some time to practise self-care, allowing us to be more present and compassionate to those around us.
This retreat is suitable for both beginners and those that would like to reignite with their practice as a reminder of how mindfulness can help us to cope with life’s challenges.
