IN-PERSON | Mindful Nature Connection Workshop

Join us for a summer evening outdoors, connecting mindfully with nature at Chelsea Physic Garden.

This workshop is an invitation to get away and take some time just for yourself without the need to leave London. Over the course of the evening, you will be gently guided through practices and exercises that will allow you to slow down, reconnect with nature, and be reminded of the inner sense of ease and presence that is always just a few mindful breaths away.

This session will include:

Guided mindfulness practice.
Mindfulness activities using the garden and nature as inspiration.
Gentle mindful movement and mindful walking.
Periods of silence and group reflection toward the end of the session.

1.5-hour workshop with The Mindfulness Project
Entry into Chelsea Physic Garden after general public opening hours with the option to arrive early to enjoy the garden at leisure before the session.
A copy of the book ‘Into Nature: Mindful ways to unplug and reconnect’.

20% off in Chelsea Physic Garden Cafe on the day of the workshop. Please note, the cafe is open during general opening times only.

Bio

The Mindfulness Project has been offering mindfulness courses in our London (UK) space since 2014, and offering online mindfulness courses since 2016. Our vision has always been to create an innovative platform for sharing mindfulness with as many people as possible. By offering a secular and evidence-based approach, we hope to teach our audience what meditation is and help make learning mindfulness meditation more accessible and relatable to a mainstream audience while keeping it real and meaningful.
