You are in the right place if you want to:

~Learn to stop the autopilot of negative thinking.
~Explore how your negative thinking affects you.
~Learn to change your criticism to compassion.

This workshop was created to help you develop an awareness of your critical thoughts and reframe them with compassion.

With this practice, you will learn to become aware of how you relate to situations that cause you distress. You will discover that it is possible to stop listening to your unpleasant thoughts and reframe them with self-compassion. This practice can help you move through difficult situations with less suffering, shame, judgment, and worry.

My passion is to help women overcome the inner critic so they can face life’s challenges with wisdom, compassion, and courage.
