Release stress, develop focus, enrich your relationships and make room for joy. Join UCLA-trained mindfulness, IMTA-certified professional mindfulness teacher Noah Pomeroy every Thursday for a 30 minute livestream guided mindfulness session via Zoom. Noah leads sessions with an accessible style developed through teaching in a wide range of settings. From the boardroom to the backcountry, from universities to prisons, Noah helps people uncover their natural capacity for mindfulness. Total beginners and seasoned practitioners are all welcome. Participants may join with their video on to contribute to a sense of community during the session, though this is totally optional. Sessions feature short introductory remarks, a 20 minute guided mindfulness meditation and closing words. For those with the means, donations of any amount help Noah continue to share these tools as widely as possible.
