Friday Morning Practice Sessions

An event every week that begins at 8:15 am on Friday, repeating until December 30, 2022
At the Mindfulness Network, we offer mindfulness and compassion sessions to anybody who may wish to attend. Sessions are voluntarily led by experienced trainers, supervisors, retreat leads and compassion-based teachers within our network and each month brings a different theme from an experienced teacher.

You do not have to be familiar with mindfulness practice to join and there is no need to register. The sessions should last around 30 minutes, are entirely free and open to all.
