Neuroscience has ample evidence proving the physical and psychological benefits of having a regular mindfulness meditation practice.
Anxiety is not a problem. We all have anxious feelings and emotions. There is nothing to be ashamed of when we feel unease or afraid. It only becomes a problem when Anxiety starts to control us. Helpful mindfulness techniques will be taught and shared in this 60-75 minute virtual session.
