Mindfulness teaches us practices to be present in our daily lives.

In order to really open our hearts to ourselves, we need mindfulness. We need to be aware of our suffering and be willing to open to it.

Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgmentally.

Mindfulness has been shown to reduce anxiety, help cope with daily stressors of life, improve sleep, create calm and well-being, happiness and joy.

Practice group on Mindfulness of Working With Pain Tuesday, June 21st at 6:00pm PST

Join us on Tuesday evenings for a one hour group comprised of meditation, discussion, and a QandA. All are welcome… Those that are new and curious about mindfulness and meditation, as well as experienced meditators looking for a group practice.
