Practice group on Mindfulness of Thoughts: Real but not True Tuesday, May 9th at 6:00pm Pacific Time

Join us on Tuesday evenings for a one hour group comprised of meditation, discussion, and a QandA. All are welcome… Those that are new and curious about mindfulness and meditation, as well as experienced meditators looking for a group practice.
