Emotional maturity comes, not from the absence of emotions, but not reacting to them as we learn to allow them to arise, respond to them appropriately and to just be with them.
Mindfulness has been shown to reduce anxiety, help cope with daily stressors of life, improve sleep, create calm and well-being, happiness and joy.

Join us on Tuesday evenings for a one hour group comprised of meditation, discussion, and a QandA. All are welcome… Those that are new and curious about mindfulness and meditation, as well as experienced meditators looking for a group practice.
