The truth is there is nothing to fix, but much to explore with curiosity and kindness. Slowing down and paying attention can help us know what our body needs and when. A more self-compassionate and nourishing attitude toward your body and food can be found through daily mindfulness practices.

Practice group on Mindful Relationship with the Body, Tuesday, February 21st at 6:00pm Pacific

Join us on Tuesday evenings for a one hour group comprised of meditation, discussion, and a QandA. All are welcome… Those that are new and curious about mindfulness and meditation, as well as experienced meditators looking for a group practice.

This is a weekly, free, practice group. Always free, donations gratefully accepted.
