Mindfulness Group on Boundaries with Kindness, Tuesday, December 20th at 6:00pm Pacific

Join us on Tuesday evenings for a one hour group comprised of meditation, discussion, and a QandA. All are welcome… Those that are new and curious about mindfulness and meditation, as well as experienced meditators looking for a group practice.

This is a weekly, free, practice group. Always free, donations gratefully accepted.
