Free Mindfulness Practice Group
Need support to cope with feelings of stress and overwhelm? Want to feel more care and compassion toward yourself and others?
Join us on Tuesday evenings for a one hour group comprised of meditation, discussion, and a Q&A. All are welcome… Those that are new and curious about mindfulness and meditation, as well as experienced meditators looking for a group practice.
This is a weekly, free, practice group. Register for the date you would like to attend to receive the Zoom link.
