Free Community of Practice Session – Online

March 29, 2023 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm BST

Breathworks’ fortnightly Community Practice Sessions are a perfect opportunity to maintain your mindfulness practice, meditating in a group with like-minded others. Each session will be guided by one of their experienced Breathworks Associate Teachers, offering a variety of perspectives, specialist interests and teaching styles.

Sessions alternative between UK midday (12-1pm) and UK evening (7-8pm). Please check the individual event listing on the Community of Practice for details.

Each session will be based on their monthly community theme, and will include a combination of guided meditation, teaching input, and space to reflect and share with the group (optional). You will never be forced to share or ‘contribute’, and they encourage you to show up however feels comfortable for you. It’s always lovely to see a sea of friendly faces, but we welcome you to keep your camera off if this is preferable.
