I decided to offer this micro-retreat as spring emerges because it’s a perfect time to cultivate our own energy and growth.

I love teaching this practice because it’s so helpful and easy to integrate into daily life. I never imagined how much energy and joy and fulfillment I could get from something as simple as watching the leaves blow on the trees, or tuning into the flow of sounds around me.

It also helps me to get unstuck — whether I’m stumped on a writing project, or caught in a habit pattern I’d like to change — flow helps me experience that old adage that “this too shall pass,” so I can move forward.
