Join our Co-Founder and head teacher of Pause to be Present, Cheryl Brause, to explore and learn how ancient wisdom, modern neuroscience, positive psychology and mindfulness practices can help you navigate the uncertainties and challenges of everyday life. Learn tools to stay healthy, happy and calm. Dive deeply into your personal meditation practice and feel the power and support of group meditation. Each week consists of a dharma talk, guided practice and discussion. New 6-week Series – Wednesdays – 9:30 am – 10: 30 am et – September 15 – October 20, 2021.
