About this Event
Art making can be a wonderful meditative and mindfulness practice. Each session will take place on Zoom (for this 5 session cycle). We’ll meet from 2-3 CDT starting 7/19. We will engage in a short mindfulness practice and then each week explore a different activity that fosters wellness through art.

NO ART EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

A supply list will be provided prior to the start of class.

Individual self care, wellness, and therapeutic art coaching is also available through the organization.

There are several start dates for the 5 sessions. The session dates are as follows:

July 19, 2020 – August 16th

September 13th – October 11th

November 29th – December 20th
