Creating a Toolkit for an Empowered Life: A Workshop for Empathic & Highly Sensitive People

Being empathic and highly sensitive is a gift. A beautiful gift some of us are born with. This gift allows our nervous systems the ability to read and pick up so much information about the world around us. We feel inside of ourselves what others are feeling and experiencing. Our intuition is also heightened. Our heightened intuitive skills can help us know when to be of service to others and also when to take caution in different circumstances.

That being said, if we don’t know how to harness these gifts, the level of emotions we feel can potentially be overwhelming, so overwhelming, in fact, that it can lead us to either close down our gift or block it altogether. We may stop wanting to hear and sense the noise of the chaotic world around us.

If we choose to block our gift of being empathic, the world loses this bright light of hope. That’s why I am teaching this 5 Day workshop entitled, “Creating a Toolkit for an Empowered Life: A Workshop for Empathic and Highly Sensitive People.” I will share tools, tips and practices each day of the workshop that teach us the skills we need to harness this amazing gift of sensitivity. I want us to live more full lives embracing new pathways.
