Compassion Cultivation Training (4 weeks)

February 28, 2023 @ 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm PST

$200.00

This four-session online series offers the opportunity to cultivate compassion and practice mindful self-compassion which are strongly associated with effective leadership, enhanced communication skills, and the enhancement of personal self-care practices. Based on the program developed at Stanford University, the course integrates evidence-based meditation techniques, interactive discussions, and lectures as well as real-world exercises to put learning into practice, providing a private and safe environment to explore compassion issues.

Compassion Cultivation Training has applications for your own well-being, response to suffering within yourself and others, burnout, your relationship to your work, and in other applications. It can help activate your own compassionate nature as a powerful force in your everyday life. Through the course, you will gain practical skills, tools, and knowledge to help you establish the habit of relating to yourself, others, and the world around you from a place of greater understanding, joy, and purpose.

This class will not be recorded. Attendance requirement for incentive points – 3 of 4 sessions.
