Calm, Confident, Self-Compassionate You is a 5 week program to achieve your connection to your power, joy and confidence starting May 27. Calm, Confident, Self-Compassionate You will help you:

It’s the most flexible and chock full of goodness group program I’ve ever created that isn’t self-paced and I can’t wait to get started!

The program integrates mindfulness, self compassion and philosophy practices designed to help women to support, empower, recharge and inspire.

Every Monday for 5 weeks you’ll get the content delivered via a private podcast.

On Fridays you have the opportunity to join a live zoom group call (11:30-12:30 eastern) where you can ask your questions and get expert coaching from me, and/or drop your question on our group Voxer (a free app that is amazing for voice notes) all day (from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm) and I’ll respond!

This means that even though this is a group program – if you ask a question, you get 1:1 coaching from me. And because we have the day of Voxer in addition to the zoom call, it will be spacious!

Plus we’ll have a Slack channel to create community and connection during the week.
