Breathe into Breakthrough; a weekend of breathwork, movement and journaling

Are you interested in deepening your connection to self, relationship and community?
The past two plus years have changed our lives, leading us to question what is truly important and how we can find true fulfillment. My personal journey led me to the life-changing work I’ve done at Mount Madonna, which inspired my new book Breathe Into Breakthrough, An Easy and Proven Process for Shifting Mindset, Overcoming Obstacles, and Achieving Your Goals.

So we’ll start by exploring and connecting with our greatest life force, the breath. We’ll learn the 5Ps of optimal breathing, how to create a daily routine for building self-awareness, how to create a sphere of wellness to return to when you’re challenged with journaling and basic movement exercises for connecting with our emotions.

As an ICF-certified life coach and YTT200-trained yoga and breathwork teacher, I’ve developed tools to help build self-awareness, overcome anxiety and feelings of uncertainty that keep us from taking the initiative, putting ourselves out there, fully connecting with others.

We’ll meet in community to learn approachable breathing techniques, mindful movement and guided journaling exercises along a mind-body path to growth, with lots of time between sessions for walks, meals, massage or relaxation.
