Beginning the Mindful Journey Course

Whether you know nothing about mindfulness and want to learn more, or have tried meditation but want to be more consistent with your practice, or have been meditating for a long time and want to deepen your practice, this secular course will help support you. Space is limited and an intention to attend all 6 live online classes is requested. Classes will be recorded if you aren’t able to attend and if you want to practice with guided meditations throughout the course.
I invite you to join me on this mindful journey from the comfort of your own home to:
– Learn what meditation is and how to meditate by listening to talks, practicing together, and sharing and asking questions to help support you in your practice.
– Learn about and practice mindfulness of breath and body, emotions, thoughts and beliefs, and practices of the heart.
– Enjoy the proven benefits of meditation and learn how to bring mindfulness into everyday life.
