Meditation is not all calm and peace. It opens up a space for you to see what’s going on in your mind, including the vivid and powerful movements of your emotions—up, down, and sideways. You can learn to fight with them less, and make friends with them more.

In this course, you’ll learn how to use mindfulness and self-awareness to explore emotions that most of us try to avoid. With the support of leading mindfulness experts, this course offers space to fully experience an emotion for what it is so we can let our hearts fully feel what needs to come up and out.
